The Danish merchants of death, doom and gloom UNDERGANG is soon ready with their third full length offering “Døden Læger Alle SÃ¥r”, to be released on CD by Dark Descent Records and on vinyl by Me Saco Un Ojo Records. Look forward to a beast of dimensions from a world beyond this, where we, the living creatures are roaming.
Last year during the last installment of Kill Town Death Fest the band released a two song demo entitled “Kogt I Blod” as a little feast for us to snack on, until the release of “Døden Læger Alle SÃ¥r”. And what a feast, two tracks of the darkest and most rancid Death Metal you can imagine, even for UNDERGANG. A tad darker and more raw than what they’ve so far has recorded, still catchy and with an atmosphere that draws you in, and then rips you wide open!
The abominaion is recorded with Greg Wilkenson at the renowned Earhammer Studio in Oakland, California, a stamp for shredding darkness and an eerie ambience. I am for one looking forward to the full length after having indulged on the two track demo for quite a while!
